Tavern of Gnagno – Protezione Civile Castellina Scalo

Very active volunteers in paramedical assistance and monitoring of the territory, they manage the all new gastronomic corner named "Taverna di Gnagno" (“Gnagno Tavern”). Chickpeas and barley soup, a leek soup (“porrata”) with almond milk and the traditional Siennese grilled meat are among the specialties you will be able to taste at the tavern.
