Vita Nova – Ballet

Vita Nova is a female group of Medieval and Renaissance historical dancers. Their broad-mindedness, together wit their interest in different musical cultures (Celtic, Balkan and Middle Eastern) stimulates an in-depth study of different choreographic styles. This climate of constant cultural ferment and research makes of the group a dynamic and innovative ensemble. The show "One Thousand and One Nights" is clearly inspired by the famous collection of Oriental tales, written since the 10th century by several authors of various historical and geographical background. It unfolds between sounds, dancing, fighting and drum rolls, in coordination with the White Lions company.
